Privacy notice

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your contact number, the property type, scope and timing you select, and any notes you add. We do not ask for identification numbers, addresses or payment details anywhere on this site.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is received by the team handling new projects for 8D, and is passed to the designer who will speak with you. We use third-party services to receive and store enquiries securely; they process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

If you choose to continue the conversation on WhatsApp or by email, that message is handled by those services under their own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted automatically. Renovation decisions often take a year or more, so this is long enough to pick up a conversation you started earlier without holding your details indefinitely.

That automatic deletion covers the stored record. Notifications we receive about your enquiry, and any conversation you continue on WhatsApp or by email, sit in those messaging services and are not on the same schedule. Ask us and we will remove them too.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and stop contacting you. We will act on any such request.
