An interior designer
for your property type.
What a renovation actually involves depends on what you're renovating. A new BTO, a thirty-year-old resale flat, a condominium bound by MCST rules and a three-storey terrace are four different jobs — so they get four different pages.

Space Planning
- Who it's for
- Anyone whose current layout fights them daily — or who wants certainty before committing to a full renovation.
- The problem
- Most renovation regret comes from layout, not finishes: wasted corners, dead corridors, storage in the wrong place.
- What you get
- Measured floor plans with options compared honestly, so you can see how the space could work before any hacking starts.
- How it runs
- This can be engaged on its own, without committing to a full renovation. You get measured plans and options compared honestly — including the option of leaving a wall where it is. If you go on to build with us, the planning work carries straight into the design stage rather than being redone.
3D Design & Material Selection
- Who it's for
- Owners who want to see the finished home before signing off on it.
- The problem
- Tile samples and paint chips don't tell you how a whole room comes together — and mistakes discovered on site are expensive.
- What you get
- 3D visuals of your actual space, a materials board you can touch, and finishes confirmed before anything is ordered.
- How it runs
- Visuals are produced from your measured plan, not a generic room, so proportions are real. Materials are narrowed to a shortlist you can hold, and confirmed against the drawings before anything is ordered — which is the point at which changes are still free.

A style label is a starting point, not a brief. What matters more is whether the result suits the light your unit gets, the way you use the rooms, and how much upkeep you actually want. Bring references — including ones you dislike, which are often more useful.
